Getting Started
We provide services for all ages, from young children to adults.
Services will open in phases. We'll contact people on the wait list as their requested service becomes available and provide next steps for scheduling.
Our clinic is located at 1007 Cumberland Falls Hwy, Suite 3, Corbin, KY 40701. Telehealth may be offered when it's clinically appropriate, permitted by your health plan, and agreed to in advance.
No. Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, and Physical Therapy are designed to serve across the lifespan. Much of our care is pediatric-focused. Adult therapy primarily supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and others with functional needs related to communication, mobility, daily living, participation, and independence.
If you are feeling unsure about development, behavior, regulation, emotional health, or what support your family may need next, reaching out is a good first step. We can help you think through what services make the most sense.
No referral is needed to join the wait list. Counseling services do not require a physician's order. For occupational, physical, or speech therapy, a physician's order or other documentation may be required depending on the service and insurance plan. If a referral or order is needed, we'll help you through that process and work with you to obtain the required documentation before services begin.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy can support sensory processing, regulation, fine motor skills, self-care routines, school participation, body awareness, and developmental skills that affect daily life.
Not always. Many families start with an evaluation because they know something feels harder than it should. The evaluation helps clarify strengths, needs, and next steps.

Individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and adults. Opening soon. Our counseling services are led by Dr. Jodi Lefevers Carroll, PhD, LCSW, Director of Behavioral Health.

Telehealth
Telehealth may be offered when it's clinically appropriate, permitted by your health plan, and agreed to in advance.
Sensory Processing
Sensory processing differences affect how the body notices, organizes, and responds to input like sound, touch, movement, textures, and busy environments. These patterns can show up in routines, behavior, regulation, or school participation.
Yes. Sensory overload or sensory-seeking patterns can sometimes be mistaken for defiance, inattention, or emotional reactivity when the deeper issue is how the nervous system is processing the world.
Primitive Reflexes
Primitive reflexes are early movement patterns that support development in infancy. If they remain active longer than expected, they can sometimes affect coordination, posture, regulation, and attention.
It can be hard to tell from one sign alone. An evaluation looks at the whole child, including movement, sensory processing, regulation, and daily function, to see whether reflex integration support may be helpful.
