This statement explains what information this website collects and how we use it. How we protect health information once you become a client is explained in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you choose to send us
If you join our wait list, we ask for the details listed on the form: the service you are interested in, who the services are for, a name and age range, how to reach you (phone or email), your preferred contact method, your county, and whether you would like language or communication help. Some questions are optional. We use this information only to contact you about Bridgeway services, plan our openings, and keep track of your place on the wait list.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical history, or other health details on the form. We will talk with you about care needs by phone or through our secure system when we contact you.
Wait list submissions go directly to Bridgeway’s secure Google Workspace account. Access is limited to Bridgeway staff who need it to contact you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Joining the wait list does not make you a client, schedule an appointment, or confirm that a service or insurance plan is available to you. We will confirm those details before any care is scheduled.
Email and phone
Regular email is not a secure way to send health information. If you email us, please keep health details out of the message and call (606) 202-7654 instead.
Information collected automatically
Our website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Like most websites, its servers process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Wait list form answers are not sent through Cloudflare. This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Metricool’s cookie-free website tracker to measure visits and understand which pages people read. The tracker connects to Metricool’s servers, which receive the page viewed and access your IP address to determine country-level visit information. According to Metricool, the tracker does not store information or assign unique identifiers on your device. Learn more in Metricool’s explanation of its website tracker.
Not for emergencies
This website and our wait list are not monitored around the clock. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If someone is in danger, call 911.
